What is included in a package?
Design, build, and putting it live — domain connected, hosting set up, full site tested, live address handed to you.
What you pay on top is only the third-party annual cost of domain and hosting: both are charged separately — the domain is priced by the name you pick, hosting by the plan. I'll check both prices for you before you commit. Those go to the provider, not to me — I handle the registration and setup for you.
I don't know how to handle domain and hosting
I handle it — that's already in the package. You just pay the provider's annual fee; I do the setup.
I'd register both in the whole setup for you — registration, DNS, SSL and hosting. You never have to touch a control panel.
What if I need changes or updates later?
Just message me. Post-delivery changes and updates are charged separately, quoted by scope — editing a few lines of text and adding a whole new section aren't the same job.
Small edits are usually quick and inexpensive. If you expect to update content often, tell me at the start and I'll suggest building it on a system you can manage yourself — quoted separately.
I don't have a domain — can you handle it?
Yes. Choosing the name, purchasing and connecting it are all handled by me — you only pay the provider's annual fee. Just WhatsApp me the name you want.
What if my copy isn't ready?
Starter requires you to supply the main content. Business includes basic copy shaping, but you still need to provide the real business information.
What if I have no professional photos?
Three routes:
1. Use what you have. I'll retouch, colour-correct and cut out as far as it will go — that's literally my day job.
2. Use stock. OneUnity holds commercial stock licensing (Shutterstock tier) and pulls from it while designing. Single-image licences typically start around RM60–130; five or six across a layout runs into the hundreds. That's included in the package — you don't buy it separately.
3. Shoot it. If you need your own products, premises or team photographed, that can be arranged separately in Johor Bahru or Singapore — message me for a quote.
To be clear: stock images are used within your finished design. The licence sits with us; the raw files aren't transferred to you for other uses.
Can I edit the site myself afterwards?
Static pages are normally edited in code. Simple changes can be handled for a small fee. If you need to update content often, I can build it on a different system instead — quoted separately.
Can the site be in both English and Chinese?
Yes. A bilingual version needs extra layout, checking and page setup, so it's quoted separately.
Can you guarantee Google rankings?
No, and nobody honestly can. The packages include basic on-page SEO so the site has a sound structure for search engines — that is not the same as an ongoing SEO service.
Can I use it for Meta or Google Ads?
Yes — a landing page is exactly where ad traffic should land. Running and managing the ads themselves isn't part of the web packages.
Can you build e-commerce checkout?
Right now I focus on landing pages and small business sites. A full e-commerce system needs separate assessment and isn't covered by the packages above.
How long does it take?
Once your materials are complete, most landing pages take about 3–5 working days, because AI handles the repetitive development work.
To be straight with you: what actually slows projects down is rarely the build — it's the logo that can't be found, the copy that isn't decided, the photos that haven't arrived. So I won't promise "every project in 3–5 days". I promise it moves fast once the materials are in.
How many revisions do I get?
Starter includes 2 rounds, Business includes 4. A "round" means one batch of consolidated feedback — not one round per word changed. Anything beyond that is quoted separately.
Note: revision rounds apply before delivery. Changes or updates after the files are handed over fall under post-delivery support and are billed separately.
What if I don't know what style I want?
Very common. The easiest route is to send me 2–3 websites you find attractive — they don't have to be in your industry. And if you genuinely have no idea, that's fine too: I'll show you a few directions, you pick the closest, and we refine from there.
What if I don't have the original logo file?
Three scenarios: with .ai / .eps / .svg there's no extra charge; with only a JPG or screenshot it needs redrawing to vector, quoted separately; with no logo at all it needs designing from scratch, also quoted. The amount depends on what you have — send it over on WhatsApp and I'll quote.
How do we start?
Message me on WhatsApp with your industry, your services, whatever materials you have, and 2–3 reference sites you like. I'll understand the requirement first, recommend a suitable package, write the quote and details out for you to confirm, and start once the deposit lands.
