In my previous work I was involved for years in colour, retouching and prepress production for international brands including La Mer, Make Up For Ever, Shiseido and MAC. In that industry a slight shift means reprinting the batch, and tolerance for detail is close to zero. It trained my eye whether I liked it or not.

Which one should I start with?

Depends what's missing right now:

Customers ask "do you have a website?" and you don't → start with the site. Everything else — cards, ads, RED — needs somewhere to land.

You have a site, but your page hasn't been touched in months → start with Marketing. A site with a dead feed still makes people wonder if you're still trading.

Everything exists, but the photos are embarrassing → shoot first. Bad source material sinks everything built on top of it.

What does it cost?

All four services are quoted on WhatsApp — no fixed prices listed on the site.

Not to inflate anything: the variation is genuinely wide. A website depends on how many pages, what functionality, and whether your material is ready; a shoot depends on what and how much and where; Marketing depends on your industry and volume; RED verification depends on how your company is registered. A single number on a page would mislead both of us.

Tell me your situation on WhatsApp and you get a range on the spot. Once agreed, the quote and what's included are written out for you to confirm before any deposit. Talking costs nothing.

Is it really just you?

Yes. Communication, design, production and delivery — same person throughout.

The upside: nothing gets lost between an account manager, a designer and a developer. You talk to whoever is doing the work. The cost: I can only take so much at once. When I'm full I'll tell you when I can start rather than take your money and leave you waiting.

Can I combine several services? Is it cheaper?

Yes, and it usually is.

One shoot feeds both the website and your monthly content — no need to shoot twice. Once the site's colours and type are settled, the social content reuses them, which is what makes it read as one brand. And once you're verified on RED, the same content works there too.

How long does it take?

Website: most take 3–5 working days once materials are ready.
Marketing: delivered in batches monthly, starting as soon as the first direction call is booked.
Photography: usually a single day on site; retouching runs after.
RED verification: pre-check and submission once documents are in, then platform review.

Honestly: what slows projects down is rarely the production — it's materials. Logo not found, copy not decided, photos not sent. So what I commit to is moving fast once everything's in.

I have nothing prepared. Can we still talk?

Yes — that's how most people start.

No logo, no copy, no professional photos: all three are solvable. Logos can be redrawn or designed from scratch, I'll shape the copy with you, and photos can be your existing ones retouched, or high-quality commercial imagery we provide free.

All you need to be able to say is: what your business does, who buys from you, and what you most want to push this month. We work out the rest together.

If you expect to edit site content yourself often, say so at the start and I'll suggest a system with an editable back end — quoted separately.
