Scope of service

We design, build and launch landing pages and small business websites. What is included is defined by the package confirmed with you. Requests outside the package (for example extra pages, a second language, complex animation or special functionality) are quoted separately.

Payment

• A 50% deposit is payable before the project starts.
• The remaining 50% is payable once the site is approved, after which it goes live.
• The deposit reserves your production slot and is generally non-refundable once work has begun.

What you need to provide

You provide your logo, images, copy and business information. Production time is counted from the day all materials are received; late materials push the delivery date back accordingly.

Revisions

The Starter package includes two rounds of revisions and the Business package includes four. One round means a consolidated batch of changes submitted together. Revisions beyond the package are quoted separately.

Delivery time

Most projects are completed in about 3 to 5 working days once all materials are in. Timelines for more complex projects are confirmed separately.

Domain and hosting

Domain and hosting fees are not included in the design fee and are borne by the client. OneUnity handles domain registration and setup on the client's behalf. Renewals, maintenance and later changes are not part of the one-time design fee.

Content responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use the text, images and materials you provide. Any copyright or legal dispute arising from client-supplied content is the client's responsibility.

Intellectual property

Once the final payment is settled the site goes live and the URL is handed over for you to use. Copyright in the design files, source files and implementation remains with OneUnity. We retain the right to show the project in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

No guarantees

Packages include basic on-page SEO setup; Google rankings are not guaranteed. A website is a tool for receiving traffic and is not a guarantee of revenue or enquiry volume.
