Someone already posts for me. How is this different?
Most "posting help" takes the images and text you hand over and lays them out. We start by deciding what you want customers to remember this month, then work out what to post, how it should look, and what the caption says.
The difference shows up as continuity: the posts read like one brand saying one thing, not eight unrelated images.
What do I need to give you? Is it a lot of work?
Month one takes about an hour of your time: business details, your product or service list, whatever promotion you're running, existing photos, and your Facebook / Instagram links.
After that you only tell us what you want to push each month. There's one 30–45 minute direction call monthly — say it all there and you're done.
I don't have product photos.
Three options:
1. Use what you have. Phone photos are fine — retouching, colour and cutouts are my actual trade.
2. Our image library. OneUnity holds commercial stock licences (Shutterstock tier) and we pull from them while designing. Provided free — you never buy stock yourself. Single licences run RM60–130 each on the open market.
3. A real shoot. If you need your own products, premises or team photographed, that's arranged separately — Johor Bahru and Singapore — quoted on request.
English or Chinese captions?
Both, at no extra charge. And not machine-translated — each language is written separately, because Chinese-speaking and English-speaking customers care about different things.
You can also take just one language, or Chinese copy with English hashtags. Your audience decides.
Do you post for me, or do I post?
Content Essential is delivered to you to publish — you get the finished images and captions, copy-paste and go, with a suggested order and timing.
Content Plus includes scheduling and publishing. That needs access through Meta Business Suite (access, not your password — revocable any time).
Can you guarantee more followers or enquiries?
No — and be careful with anyone who does.
What content can do is make people who land on your page understand you, trust you, and know how to reach you. Whether they actually message or buy also depends on your pricing, your product, how fast you reply, and whether you're running ads. None of that is in my hands.
What I do commit to is the quality of the content and delivering it on time. If enquiries are the goal, content plus paid ads is the combination that has a shot — ads quoted separately.
How long am I locked in?
Two months minimum, then month to month. No long contract.
Why two: month one goes mostly into learning your business and settling the style. What it actually looks like when it's working usually shows in month two. Stopping after one month means you only paid for the figuring-out part.
To stop, give me a month's notice. No cancellation fee.
What if I don't like a post?
Each post includes one round of small changes — wording, colour, swapping an image.
If the problem is directional — the whole set feels wrong — that usually means we didn't communicate properly up front, and I'll redo it without counting it as a revision. The monthly direction call exists precisely to stop that happening.
Essential or Plus?
Start with Essential. Most people do. Eight posts a month is enough for most small businesses, and you'll find out whether the working rhythm suits you.
Move to Plus when you're already posting consistently, eight isn't enough, and you'd rather not handle scheduling. Two or three months in, you'll know.
How do we start?
WhatsApp me your Facebook / Instagram link. I'll go through it for free and tell you what's missing.
If that makes sense to you, we talk packages — quoted against your industry and content needs, written out for you to confirm. Once confirmed, first month's fee, and you're in that month's schedule.
MARKETING
Posting every month
shouldn't mean thinking it up every month
Running a business is already enough. What to push this month, what the next post says, how the images sit, how the caption reads — it looks like just a few posts, but it quietly eats the owner's time.
You provide the business details, products, promotions and whatever photos you have. We handle planning, design and copy; where your own material falls short, we provide high-quality commercial imagery free to fill the gap, so the visuals stay professional without you hunting for a photo every single post.

It isn't that you have nothing to post —
you have no time to keep doing it
Nothing comes to mind
You're running the business all day, then it's time to update Facebook or Instagram and you're inventing something on the spot. Eventually the page just goes quiet.
Photos yes, content no
The product shots, promotions and customer reviews all exist — there just isn't time to turn them into consistent, professional, ready-to-post content.
Hiring costs too much
A full-time hire for a handful of posts a month is far too expensive; doing it all yourself keeps pulling you away from actually running the business.
